***UPDATE**** I have had the 2019 CX-5 now for 21 months. The vehicle has turned out to have exceeded my expectations. Almost weekly I receive a compliment about how sharp the CX-% looks. Now I understand why Mazda leads the field in this vehicle class. Can't wait to see what they have planned for the future. This was my first car purchase in over 30 years due to other cars available for my use. My Sales Associate, John Terdik was amazing! He took so much time with me to explain the car, about Mazda overall, pricing and more. Went in there to get a vehicle for my business, I ended up buying two, Kevin O’Malley did a wonderful job from making me feel so welcomed to helping with the whole process. I have been to other dealers and other sales people, but Kevin’s Customer service was completely amazing.

I’ve always been treated very well at Mazda Bedford. I just had my 2020 Mazda CX5 service. I was greeted by Milo in the service center. He explain everything they was going to do. He answered all my question and concerns. While I was waiting Sean Hardnick came over to see if I needed anything. I was told that it was water, coffee and tea available if I like something to drink.
