Update : 3/30 @ 10:04am: We have adjusted our Sales Department to by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments will still be available M-Sat 10am-5pm.  You can call the dealership at 440-439-2323 or contact us online.

Update 3/23 @ 12:57pm : In response the Ohio Department of Health’s order to close all non-essential businesses in a Stay at Home order, we will be adjusting our business hours and staff per shift. We will also enhance the processes for servicing your vehicle.

New Hours :

Sales :  Monday – Saturday 10am-5pm (appointments preferred) | Closed Sunday

Parts & Service : Monday – Friday 8am-5pm | Saturday 8am-2pm | Closed Sunday

Practicing Social Distancing for a Service Appointment at Mazda of Bedford :

|1| Paying over the phone will help limit your time within the dealership and allow us to prepare for your return.

|2| Texting us at 440 -379 -1298 when you arrive. This will allow us to prepare and minimize contact. If you are in a loaner, we will bring your vehicle up with your paperwork and reciept on the seat if you pre paid over the phone.

|3| Keeping our distance will help us slow the spread of germs. We are so excited to see you and wish we could catch up like usual, but during this rapidly evolving time, we ask that we keep a 6ft distance from each other at the counter and in the waiting area.

|4| We are keeping it clean by providing hand sanitizer and disinfecting common areas, bathrooms, and loaner vehicles.

To our Mazda Family,

We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19, and taking every precaution suggested by the CDC to keep you and our employees from potential risk.

Below are some of the extra steps we are taking during this time:

  1. Disinfecting all loaner vehicles after each use
  2. Continuing to apply seat covers to all clients vehicles
  3. All service staff will be wearing gloves
  4. Making hand sanitizers available for all employees and customers throughout the dealership
  5. Regularly disinfecting common areas, including counters, desks, waiting areas, offices and restrooms.
  6. Employees have been instructed to wash their hands periodically and to avoid touching their face and direct contact with one another (including handshakes!)
  7. Showroom and test drive vehicles are disinfected through the day and after each use

In addition to keeping the dealership disinfected, we have instructed all employees who develop symptoms to stay home.

We are also offering test drive appointments to any client who is interested in purchasing a vehicle but does not feel comfortable coming into the dealership at this time.

We are prepared to make any adjustments recommended by the CDC to continue to keep our facility disinfected.
